45 m² air-conditioned F2 apartment on the second floor without elevator. The apartment faces south-east, with a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the Usclade park. The apartment is 100 m from the town center and 50 m from the spa. A kitchen equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...open onto the main room, which includes a table, chairs, flat-screen TV and a 140cm sofa-bed. A separate bedroom with two 90cm beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and a suction-cup handrail, a washbasin and a toilet with a fixed handrail. Wifi in the accommodation. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
