30 m² apartment in a quiet residence on a 1/2 floor without elevator. It includes a lovely terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the residence parking lot, facing north and bordering the Usclade park. The apartment is 100 meters from the town center and 50 meters from the thermal baths. A built-in kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine .... opens onto the main room, which includes a table, chairs, flat-screen TV and a 140cm bed. A storage cupboard in the entrance hall. A bathroom with a shower that has a suction-cup handrail, a washbasin and a toilet with a fixed handrail. Wifi in the accommodation. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
