Enclosed in a dream setting we find this characteristic summer house with a large outdoor area with panoramic sea views.
The house, located close to the sea, has private parking and a beautiful sea view over the renowned Canale del Ciolo. Inside there is a large living room with two bedrooms (doors not present, only curtains) and a complete bathroom. Separate full kitchen accessible only from the outside. The house internally has very thick walls capable of always offering you a fresh environment.
A few steps away you can take the old mule track that leads to the sea, as well as take the renowned path of the cipolliane, one of the most popular trekking routes for tourists. The Ciolo area is the best place for those looking for a breathtaking landscape, a crystal clear sea and a quiet and relaxing area. Several coves are available nearby for swimming in a fabulous sea. For all services such as post offices, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets, we recommend that you reach Gagliano del Capo less than 3 km away.
