In the district of Cala di Volpe 8 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 4 km from the centre of Abbiadori, 15 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "La Celvia" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km.
