First floor: entrance, bright living room with fireplace and TV, opening onto the millstream, open kitchen (microwave), wc, bathroom, 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor:
- 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person), - 1 bedroom (3 beds 1 person), games landing with 1 extra bed for 2 people. Plus: private parking, barbecue, garden furniture, bicycle garage, ping-pong table, soccer pitch and petanque area within the grounds. The village's grocery store, brasserie and restaurant are within walking distance (400 m). In the grounds of the château, the gîte enjoys the calm of a garden opening onto the river (salmon fishing) and the educational floral park, where many ornamental animals (dwarf goats, peacocks, parakeets, chickens...) are kept for children's enjoyment.
The Avenue Verte (a former railroad line designed for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and people with reduced mobility) linking Forges-les-Eaux to Dieppe is just a stone's throw away, allowing you to admire the Brayon countryside and enjoy hiking in complete safety.
As for the gîte, it's spacious, bright and very quiet, with the added bonus of being able to use the fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire...
