A purely personal opinion, a place and a welcome to avoid I booked at the Brelin because my father had a heart attack, I only had one request, to be "at the foot of the slopes". I make sure of this when I make my reservation by phone. We arrive at the bottom, it is not possible to be lower than we are. I say it at the time of the taking of key at 4 pm by explaining that it is medical and that I had reserved this place precisely for that, we unload make our beds, fill the refrigerator, arrange the skis... I go back to the reception at 7pm because on our balcony: Chip, broken glass, cap, hair or hair ... This is normal 1st answer "we do not check the balconies", 2nd answer "it had snow we could not see" except that the balcony is covered ... I repeat my double anger by saying that it is inadmissible. And in front of that the commercial trick we are going to change your room... I ask him why not to have proposed it to me before because now we are not going to recharge the car... So here is the magic of the trick it is me and my fault because they do everything they can and I am not of good composition. I don't want a commercial gesture, I don't want a discount and I don't do charity. I was asked what I wanted... nothing more and never recognize such a welcome, nor such a place
