Private: property 30'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises.
