Private: garden 2'200 m2 (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 1.2 km. Hiking paths: Chemins de randonnées, Chemins de randonnées vélos. The natural stone house is set back approx. 20 m from the small, non-disturbing country road leading from Valgorge to Joannas. The property borders on the torrent 'La Beaume' (direct access via steep, rocky footpath approx. 130 m long).
