This unique property consists of two 3-bedroom apartments, spread between the ground floor and the first floor. The two spaces are distinct, separated by an independent private level, occasionally reserved for the owner and not available for rent.
The PANORAMIC LOFT & MAINFLOOR offers a total area of 3767,37 sq.f, complemented by an outdoor terrace of over 2152,78 sq.f.
Both apartments feature a furnished terrace with a jacuzzi offering unobstructed views of the lake.

A deposit of 3000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.
In order to take full advantage of the jacuzzis, 2 dressing gown and 2 pairs of slippers are included in the price of the service, the others are optional.

About Sevrier :
The apartment is located at 3-minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...
Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)
'Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.
As for water sports, in 2013 the city was awarded the 'France Station Nautique' label (extract from the Annecy Tourism website).

Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located on the Nordic sector of the Plateau, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
