In a quiet location, 25 km from the sea, 300m from the Avenue Verte and 1 hour from the famous Baie de Somme, this detached house, located close to the owners' house, has a private terrace and enclosed garden, not overlooked, with a breathtaking view over the valley. Bicycles are at your disposal.
You'll also have access to the owners' large garden (4000m²), planted with trees and flowers, and featuring a fish pond (unprotected).
