The house can accommodate 8 people and it has two floors connected by a private lift. There are four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each with a shower.
Ground Floor: Capacity for 6 people.
• Three double bedrooms: two twin rooms (one has large bunk beds adapted for adults and children) and one room with a double bed.
• One large, full bathroom with a shower, professional hair dryer and straighteners.
• Fully equipped kitchen with the following electrical appliances: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, 3 types of coffee machine (Nespresso, electric machine and Italian coffee maker), blender, toaster. Also equipped with kitchenware.
• Open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with a large sofa.
• Free WiFi.
• Smart TV.
• Bluetooth/USB speaker.
• Private patio and washing area with washing machine and outdoor clothes rack.
First Floor: Capacity for 2 people.
• Double suite with a double bed and full bathroom with shower and professional hair dryer.
• Sun terrace with a sofa, table and chairs for eight people.

Please inform KeyFamily Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
All reservations include 2 sets of keys. The extra set of keys costs €50 per set of keys.
Only one check-in will be made per reservation at the agreed time.
If we do not have the passport details for all guests these will be requested so as to complete the information the authorities need according to applicable laws.
We will come and perform check-out to pick up the keys and verify the house is left in good condition.
There is no additional cleaning fee so please leave the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness.
All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). The extra towel service costs €4 per large towel and €3 per small towell.
An additional cleaning and/or laundry service is available, should you require one. These cost €70, respectively.
The local tourist tax is €5 + VAT per adult and per night. This is not included in the price. This amount is to be paid in cash during check-in time, (rate applicable to guests aged 17 and over). Law 5/2017, of 28 March on Stays at Tourist Establishments.
