In the heart of the Toulourenc valley, in the Haut Vaucluse region, on the border with Drome Provençale, in lavender country, you'll find the small village of Savoillans, set against the northern slopes of Mont Ventoux. It's the ideal place for lovers of wide-open spaces, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, paragliding, etc. The scenery is spectacular, and the peace and quiet absolute. On the outskirts of the village, in the middle of the fields, Céline and Hervé have been restoring an old family sheepfold for years, with the aim of preserving its ancient charm while using the latest materials and equipment for its renovation and fitting out. The decoration is original and meticulous, like the red copper radiators, designed by Céline and made by a local heating artist. It's also thanks to their passion for travel that various objects and decorations have found their place in the house. A surprisingly spacious home, with a 70 m² main room featuring a dining area with a large table and armchairs for 8, a large central fireplace, and a sitting area with sofas and a flat-screen LED TV connected to Canalsat. Very bright room with a huge window, 2 Velux, and murderers, overlooking the courtyard, it will certainly be your place to live. The house is equipped with high-speed wi-fi internet access. The large kitchen, with its stone walls and huge central island in solid walnut, is fitted with all modern equipment (US fridge, microwave, large-capacity oven, vitro hob, hood, etc.). ) The dining area offers a variety of views of the village, mountains or valley through large windows and bay windows. The house floors are in waxed concrete with Toulourenc pebble decorations. On the ground floor, the bedroom has direct access to the courtyard (bedside tables, storage cupboard). The toilet faces the bedroom. The inner courtyard: completely enclosed, landscaped space with a terrace of modern materials and integrated lighting, an old well, with no view of the outside (approx. 60m²), equipped with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue.
