WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, barbecue house. 500 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to the pool from the garden via a wooden boardwalk.
