In the “Villa sous le vent” on the 2ᵉ floor, in the Sillon district, you'll find this 50m² apartment totally tastefully restored.
It comprises 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 Gigognes beds, a shower room with separate wc. You'll find a large, bright living room with a very well-equipped kitchen side, dishwasher, dining room and on the other side a living room with sofa bed, all opening onto a balcony.
The neighborhood:
As you leave the condominium, turn left or right and you're on the seafront.
Between the Sillon and Rocabey districts, you're just one block from the large Sillon beach on foot, as well as from all amenities. And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic center, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for business.
Entertainment:
Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant with a great atmosphere on concert or match nights. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building. La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros or on the chaussée du sillon, numerous restaurants, including some on the waterfront.
Admire the view of Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel (visible from the apartment), with its rooftop bar.
Cross the street and 100 meters on foot you'll find an intermarché for shopping.
