Cocoonr agency offers this house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, on the seafront, 5 minutes' walk from the superb Guimorais beach. This 80 m² house can accommodate up to 5 people and comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities :
- 2.5 km from the town of St-Coulomb, with bakery, butcher's shop and mini-market.
- 10 km from St Malo Intra Muros, and 10 km from Cancale
- On the seafront, with superb beaches all around the house. Ideal location for visiting the whole region. 40 km from Mont St-Michel.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large hangar, which can accommodate several vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes by car (9 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1h15 by car (81.3 km)
Other remarks :
- The gîte is adjoining. Next door, the Pilotine sleeps 4 and can also be booked by Cocoonr.
- This house is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
