This pleasant, modern 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It comprises a spacious living room with warm furnishings and decor, opening onto a balcony with distant sea view, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The hallway is fitted with a cupboard, as are the 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate WC. The apartment also benefits from 2 private parking spaces and an individual bike room.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
