In the center of the Dives sur Mer marina, the Port Guillaume residence enjoys a privileged location. Access to Cabourg beach, 300m from the residence, is via a footbridge, and a seafront footpath leads to Houlgate beach, 500m away.
The residence has 2 heated swimming pools, one outdoor, accessible from May to September, with a solarium and deckchairs, the other indoor, accessible all year round. Dives-sur-mer welcomes you all year round, with its lively center and shops around 1 km from the residence. We recommend that you have a car.
