Apartment completely restored in 2019, rented since 2008. Luxury rental, great comfort, ideal for 2 people (4 maximum). Possibility of renting an optional habitable boat at the foot of the Residence, for additional accommodation, or outing(s) at sea. Very well equipped and modern apartment.
Apartment to rent all year round by the week (Saturday to Saturday), before and after the season by the night (2 nights minimum), or at the weekend (Friday evening to Monday morning).
Baby equipment available free of charge on request: folding bed, bathtub and high chair.
