Villa Melanesia is a fantastic holiday home that stands out for its proximity to the sea. Located in the town of Galé, just a few km from the centre of Albufeira, this property offers maximum comfort and amenities. 5 minutes' walk from the best beaches, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing family holiday without having to worry about transportation.
This villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, spread over 2 floors. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms have access to a terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom (with a double bed) and a service bathroom and a bedroom on the lower floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort as well as having access to free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen, also located on this floor, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals, as well as a dining table. The spacious living/dining room offers a fantastic view of the pool area and also a view of the sea in the distance.
This villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a fantastic private pool, which can be heated upon request (extra option), a barbecue to share your meals with family and friends. Also available for guests are a snooker table and table tennis. This is the ideal space to enjoy the late afternoons and witness the sunset.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday.
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so that we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Heating the pool will always be an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)

• Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

• From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
