With direct access to the wide Barcarès beach, the residence offers fully-equipped, air-conditioned apartments with terraces. Enjoy a relaxing vacation with a spa (fee payable), indoor swimming pool (swimming school daily 5pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-12pm), sauna, massages and multi-jet baths. From April, you can also enjoy a heated outdoor pool (depending on outside temperature) until the end of September.

On-site amenities: snack bar/bar, breakfast service (with surcharge) and bakery (in season), laundry (with surcharge), Swin Stars swimming school (with surcharge) and outdoor parking (1 space per unit).

Opening hours and conditions

Conditions:

Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.

Deposit payable on site: €300/apartment. The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or destroyed.

Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit.

Arrival and departure times :

Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5pm - departure before 10am.

Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.

Depending on reception opening hours and for your peace of mind, you can check in from 2pm on Saturdays. The keys and the apartment will be given to you from 5pm. In the event of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence, which will tell you what to do.
