Habitant en Sarthe, nous aimons nous évader quand c'est possible (le top est de pouvoir le faire avec les amis), que ce soit à la campagne à la mer ou à la montagne afin de pouvoir nous ressourcer, et recharger les batteries. Nous aimons la nature en toute saison, elle offre de beaux paysages, la simplicité et l'humilité que nous devrions tous garder en nous. Nous profitons de nos vacances pour faire des balades, visiter les villages mais ne sommes pas avares de quelques sensations telles que le ski, via ferrata, canoé, plongée ou jet ski.

Pleasant air-conditioned apartment located in Avenue Aurélienne - bright 67m ² recently renovated, crossing, with terrace, two minutes from the hyper center. Large living space, 2 bedrooms, separate WC, bathroom, fitted kitchen. All shops nearby, station, sea, beach and port on foot. Air-conditioned apartment, 3rd floor without elevator.
A space will be reserved for you in the private car park of the residence, closed by a gate.
Fully furnished accommodation. At disposal microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa convertible into a living room.
Rent charges included (water, electricity, wifi) for a normal and not abusive consumption.
An accommodation deposit of 400 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage has been found for which the tenant is responsible. A household deposit of 50 euros will also be requested on the day of your arrival and returned if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as on your arrival, i.e. tidy and clean.
