Cet appartement cosy de 2 chambres est très bien équipé avec piscine et parking privé. Il est situé à 50 mètres de la grande plage de Rosas et directement à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants .
Vous pourrez profiter de tous les attraits de cette station balnéaire sans avoir à prendre votre voiture.
L'appartement a une très belle terrasse avec un accès direct à la piscine. Il est entièrement climatisé, très confortable avec des équipements et du mobilier neuf. Vous aurez accès à toutes les chaines françaises et internationales sur le téléviseur et WIFI dans l'appartement.
De nombreuses activités de jour comme de nuit sont à proximité (parachutisme, sport nautique, mini golf, roller.....). Draps non fournis.Possibilité de location de linge de lit et serviettes auprès de la conciergerie.
