Great villa for vacation rental, for 12 people, very well located near the city of Ibiza, fashionable nightclubs, Playa d´en Bossa, and that has an open and fully equipped space for groups in the town of San Rafael, in the Montecristo area. There is a commercial area, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, etc. at a distance of about 300 meters, which we can easily walk to. Due to its location, we have access to any part of the island, since San Rafael is in the center.
The beautiful villa has air conditioning in most of the rooms, with a main living room and indoor kitchen in the house, as well as an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue, next to the pool, which allows us to enjoy the outdoors most of the time. time. The rooms are distributed over two floors, which gives us a certain independence. We have 6 rooms, 3 with double beds, and 3 with single beds. We have several separate chill out areas and terraces. Parking for several cars. The house is completely fenced. It has Wiffi and safes. It is a perfect option to spend your vacation with friends or family.
