Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this splendid duplex flat located in an 18ᵉ century building classified by UNESCO. Located in the hyper-centre, it offers you all the comfort and rustic charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux with a breathtaking view of the Pont de Pierre, the quays and the vegetal right bank. Located on the 4th floor, this 67 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a beautiful living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on your arrival. The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities:
- Located in the historic centre ("vieux Bordeaux"), Secret de Bacchus is ideally situated. The building is part of the famous 18th-century façade that was classified by UNESCO in 2007.
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is just a 3-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops and more. You'll also have an unbeatable view of the Garonne and the Pont de Pierre.
- Located in the "safeguarded" area, the flat is also close to all the other districts of the historic centre (Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix).
- Within 160 m, bakeries and grocery shops are open on Sundays, and some are open 24 hours a day.
- In Saint-Michel, a very colourful and lively multicultural district, there is plenty of varied entertainment.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park (under the Salinières building, accessible from the quays).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 11 minutes by car (2.7 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 32 minutes by car (24.1 km)
- Tram stops C and A (Porte de Bourgogne stop) or tram C (St Michel stop)
- Bus 24 (University) and special shuttle bus to the Arena (concerts)
Other remarks:
- The rooms are enclosed by a double-glazed glass roof, offering you the best peace and quiet in total security.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and quality sheets, towels and tea towels, vanity kits and a few coffee capsules are provided, and your bed is made on arrival.
- Please note that in this type of very old building, the staircase is steep and narrow. Access is therefore unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility.
- Of course, Wi-Fi is accessible and free!
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
