On the cathedral square, in a beautiful 18th century building, this atypical duplex apartment overlooks the inner courtyard. It is located 2 minutes walk from all amenities, the main tourist points of Rennes and a few meters from the Lices market (2nd largest market in France).
This flat will be a strategic, calm and warm place to welcome you during your stay in Rennes. It can accommodate up to 3 people and will make you feel at home.
The flat is composed as follows
- a kitchen equipped with a combined oven, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine
- a living area with a sofa bed, television and table for 4 people
- on the first floor, a bedroom with a 140cm wide bed, a large wardrobe and an office space with an adjoining shower.
By staying at Le Parvis, you are in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes: cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, Saint Pierre cathedral, rue de la Monnaie et du Chapitre, Hôtel de Ville, Place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), Place Sainte Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the flat.
Buses and metro are 5 minutes walk away. République or Sainte-Anne station.
Star bike station 3 minutes away (Place des Lices).
Paying public car park: parking des Lices. 25 euros per week (present yourself to the car park attendant with your ticket and exchange it for a weekly pass).
Rennes SNCF station is accessible in less than 15 minutes by metro (2 stations).
Rennes-Saint Jacques airport is accessible by bus from the République station.
You will be welcomed on site by a person from the Cocoonr agency in Rennes who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided and your bed will be made on your arrival. All you have to do is put your bags down!
