Heating is invoiced on an actual basis at 57€ per stere of wood and 0.24€ per kwh for consumption beyond the 8kwh included in the contract.
Freeway exit at Gannat 14 km. St Pourçain sur Sioule 30 km. Charroux medieval village 20 km. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
