10 minutes from Vichy. Set in a working equestrian center, this chalet-style rental will enable you to enjoy or discover horse-riding. This gite is suitable for families, sports enthusiasts, riders with or without horses, bikers, cyclists, walkers, fishermen and also for the business class. Raised first floor: living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 90cm trundle bed), 1 mezzanine with access via a retractable meunier staircase (1 x 140cm bed). This mezzanine is not suitable for children under 12, as it cannot be stood on. Bathroom (shower and toilet). Electric heating. Green space, terrace overlooking the horse-working quarries. You can enjoy the spectacle of horse trials or competitions from your terrace. Vichy for all sports and leisure activities 4 km away. Cure 3 weeks package: €1,200 for 3 or 4 people (except July and August, rates on request). Special conditions: For all types of stay (short stays or weeks), arrivals from 4:00 pm and departures before 10:00 am. Rates for pets to be agreed with the owner. A heating supplement of 6€/day will be charged for rentals from 01 october 2021 to 30 april 2022. LE plus du gîte : Sheets provided, beds made, household linen provided and heating included. Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
