In the heart of the village, this self-contained gîte, adjoining the owners' house, offers comfort and leisure activities nearby or in the surrounding area, in particular access to the owners' swimming pool. First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom (shower/wc). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 115-person beds), bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating included. The small private courtyard, secured by a fence, gives access to the owner's swimming pool (heated by solar panels and secured by a tarpaulin). A private area for the gîte has also been laid out, with garden furniture and deckchairs. For walkers and hikers, there's the "Circuit des Trois Forêts" hiking trail. CITYPARK 200m from the gîte. A71 freeway 9km away, exit N°11. PLUS DU GÎTE : Charges included.
