Cristian welcomes you to this beautiful 19th-century property, fully renovated to provide you with an unforgettable stay in our beautiful Bourbonnaise region.
The property is ideally situated in the market town of Montmarault, at the crossroads of the A71 freeway and the Route Centre-Europe Atlantique (RCEA).
At the entrance to the property is a small gite for a couple wishing to discover the region, while enjoying the facilities of the 2-hectare walled park, a shared relaxation area (swimming pool and spa), a games room (table soccer, table tennis), a meeting room (for 20 to 50 people, depending on room configuration) and a play area.
First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room in the veranda overlooking the park, wc. First floor: 1 large bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room (Italian shower), 2 basins and wc. Washing machine and dishwasher in the gîte. Geothermal heating. Private terrace - Wifi available throughout the property.
A71 freeway exit 1 km away.
