Located on the first floor of the owners' holiday home, with its own entrance, this comfortable apartment features a spacious living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. A large bedroom sleeps two people (1 x 160cm bed), with room for a further person (1 x 90cm bed), shower room and toilet. Electric heating/reversible air conditioning. In fine weather, you'll enjoy the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (dimensions 5m x 10 m, maximum depth 1.70m), which is shared with the owners (times to be defined on site), not forgetting the garden, the terrace, and a small summer kitchen with barbecue and petanque court...Vichy all sports and leisure activities 7 km away. Possibility of an extra person on request. Rates Cure for 3 consecutive weeks: Low season: 900 € Mid season and school vacations: 1000 € High and very high season: 1200 €. PLUS DU GITE : Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is extra. Bicycle rental: €30/person (during stay). Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
