The gîte les Tilleuls is ideally located for a family vacation or a vacation for two, just 10 minutes from the beaches and lake, and on site, we offer a shared swimming pool. Soustons is at the heart of the Landes pine forest, a cocoon of greenery with a vast network of cycle paths and greenways. You'll be able to walk for miles. Shops are close by, but the village also boasts places where you can sample the delights of the Landes terroir without moderation. There's plenty to do for an unforgettable vacation! Set on the ground floor, it features a separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV, wifi. Side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Land shared with owner approx. 1500 m², private part approx. 200 m², all enclosed. Adjoining owners' accommodation, occasionally occupied. Gîte with baby equipment. Sheets and household linen provided. Heating charge €6/day from October to end of April. Extra bed possible. - swimming pool 10x5 m, 090 m to 1.70 m deep, secured by roller shutter, open from May to September, weather permitting.
Price includes : - 8 KWh electricity per day
- 500 liters of water per day
- 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cooker).
- Bed linen and towels provided
Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
