For many years, Daniel Jouen has wanted to contribute to the development of his hometown. This travel enthusiast and regular of the Gîtes de France has achieved his dream: in 2011, he opened a CityBreak.
"I wanted to be able to offer people discovering our city an accommodation solution that wasn't too expensive. This would allow them to come with their families."
Daniel Jouen knows that, since his town was listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, many tourists in search of culture and heritage are keen to discover it. That's why he's created an interior that's just like them. Colorful and warm, his gîte, with its decorative elements, is a first door to Le Havre's culture and history. Two years after its opening, the apartment is also attracting a whole new audience: employees who work for long periods in Le Havre (source: Normandie76actu 25/02/2014).
