CAMBO, C236 : T2 apartment on 2nd floor of Résidence Chiquito (no elevator) in quiet town center: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, living/dining room opening onto an open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer..., shower room, separate toilet, 1 attic space with washing machine. Small terrace overlooking the Nive river and countryside. Public parking lot.
Internet access. Pets not allowed
Bed linen and towels are not provided (fee payable to agency).
Rentals must be left clean (cleaning service available at extra charge).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- Final cleaning T2 : 55 €.
This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
