Close to the sea and family beaches like Veules les Roses, on a farm with many animals (dogs, cats, hens, horses, cows, calves...), in the peace and quiet of the pretty listed hamlet of Janville, this independent gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.
It features a lovely enclosed garden (electric gate) and a large south-facing terrace (stabilized surface for bikes and rollerblades).
Formerly a bread oven built in 1792, it has been restored using traditional techniques and ecological materials.
A room is available for storing your bikes, motorcycles, etc. Your horse will also be well accommodated! Nearby: secure pond, numerous tourist activities (boating, Lac de Caniel, water-ski lift, swimming pool, summer tobogganing, bowling, golf, aerodrome, Fécamp and Dieppe harbors, Durdent market-garden valley, remarkable gardens, hiking trails, GR21, bike path, skate park...).
