The property is ideally situated in the market town of Montmarault, at the crossroads of the A71 freeway and the Route Centre-Europe Atlantique (RCEA).
Close to the swimming pool and spa, a small gite for a couple wishing to discover the region, while enjoying the facilities of the 2-hectare walled park, a relaxation area, a games room (table soccer, table tennis), a meeting room (for 20 to 50 people, depending on room configuration) and a play area.
First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), shower room (walk-in shower, 1 basin). Geothermal heating. Private terrace.
