Luxurious country house for up to 12 people, located on a plot of 1,000 square meters in the municipality of Manacor. The house has central heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens and laundry with all kinds of machinery and appliances. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, plasma TV and private bathroom, and four of them have an additional living room. The house is accessed through the middle floor, which has an entrance and main hall with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, laundry, living room with fireplace, summer living room, indoor dining room for 8 people, garage and covered porch with stunning views over the estate's pool and vineyards, with a dining table for 12 people. On the upper floor there is the library in a large hall from which there is access to the three suites with a living room. Each of these rooms has numerous exterior windows with views over the estate itself and fantastic panoramic views of the surroundings. Each of the 3 suites has 2 plasma TVs with multilingual channels, a private bathroom and large built-in wardrobes. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a private bathroom and a small living room with 2 plasma TVs, a large barbecue room with an electric kitchen and grill, refrigerator, wine rack and fridge, and a large table for 14 people, as well as a bathroom and toilet. Outside and on the same level as the floor described above, there is a covered porch with a seating area and a dining table for 12 people, a 10 x 5.5 metre swimming pool surrounded by natural grass, gardens and terraces, with a separate bathroom and an outdoor shower, which make up an extensive relaxation area, making each day of the guests' stay an unforgettable one.
The property is located 2.3 km from Manacor with quick and easy access to all the supermarkets in the city, pearl factory, banks and ATMs and numerous furniture shops, as well as various monuments. Just a few minutes away are the main roads that link Manacor with Palma and the Airport (55 km), Cala Ratjada (25 km), Porto Cristo, Cuevas del Drach, Cuevas dels Hams (12 km), Cala Millor (16 km), and with the best beaches on the island, Cala Millor, Can Picafort, Es Trenc, etc.
The Olivar market is a must-see, with all kinds of fish, seafood, fruit and vegetables, with the possibility of numerous tastings of sushi, salmon, oysters and other local dishes.
As soon as you arrive you will realise that this property meets and more than meets all your expectations. It is a completely new construction, finished in 2009, and has been our family home since then. For the winter it is equipped with central heating in all rooms, and for the summer it has air conditioning in each room, living room and dining room. For this reason and many others you will be able to enjoy the island, its beaches and its sunsets without giving up the comfort of a stately home of almost a thousand square metres of construction and square metres of property that will provide you with the tranquillity and isolation that you have been looking for.

Its location, relatively close, 2.3 kilometres, to the town of Manacor, a city of almost 1,000 inhabitants, has allowed us to enjoy a long-sought tranquillity, without giving up the facilities and comforts of a town where there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, banks, hospitals, doctors, cinemas, theatres, etc.
