The apartments size is 40 m2 have 27 m2 large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the first-morning coffee or evening relaxation, one bedroom with queen size bed with wardrobes, nightstands, and exit to the terrace, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped and functional kitchen whit dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker, microwave, tea-coffee maker, and dining area, bathroom with bath and toilet, washing machine and entry space. There is also air conditioning, flat-screen satellite Tv, free Wifi, as well as a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a parking place in the yard.
Nice apartment house whit only 4 apartments each whit large balcony, one bedroom, sitting room, totally equipped kitchen, bathroom and parking space in the backyard on great location only 5 min walking distance from everything, beach, market, old city promenade, bank, ambulance, tennis courts, marinas, many coffee bars, and restaurants. Beautiful surroundings, at the sea and country, whit 4 national park, and nature park, old Mediterranean cities Zadar and Šibenik and Biograd out of ones own head, the old Croatian crowning city give you many reasons to come and enjoy.
We can organize for your day or night fishing tour, sailing and diving school, sailing week, or weekend on your own well-equipped sail 32-foot boat.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance. A large terrace belongs exclusively to this apartment, and access to the barbecue and parking space is common for all 4 apartments.
We organize sailing courses on our sailboat Dufour 32 Classic, find powerboats, yachts, and jet skis for rent, and organize trips to Kornati, Krka, and Plitvice Lakes.
We can organize your transfer from airports Zadar or Split, as well as your car hire. Local buses run regularly between Zadar and Biograd, and there are always local taxis available - fair from Zadar airport to Biograd.
The railway station in Zadar is next to the bus station. International bus lines are also arriving in Zadar. International ferry lines are arriving from Italy to the ferry port in Zadar.
Swimming in a crystal clear and clean sea is possible only hundreds of meters from an apartment where vast gravel and sand beaches extended offering amusements in the shadow of centuries-old pine woods. For those who prefer to be alone, we advise the wooded islands in the Pašman canal.
There are beaches for every wish and age. Biograd is a promised land for people who want to enjoy the crystal clear sea on a dynamic vacation. For our guests, we offer a modern tennis center and other sports leisure such as water slide skiing, surfing, boat paddling, paragliding, volleyball on sand, scuba diving, mini-golf, horse riding, etc. Nearby you can Rant-a-boat, -bike, - quad, - scooter, -sailing boat, - speed boat. You can also be fishing in the sweet water of Vrana's leg or try your luck in big game fishing.
Cheap flights available by Ryanair, Germanwings, and DanubeWings from more than 30 European destinations to Zadar airport which is only 30 km away from our apartment house Lucia allowing you quick and easy arrival.

Once again I would like to highlight the excellent location of the apartment: Only 250 meters from our apartments begins a series of beaches starting at the hotel beach of Ilirija and Adriatic, and continues on the pebble beach Dražica to the sandy bay of Soline.
The beaches stretch along the beautifully designed promenade and are equipped with all possible amenities. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, and snack bars, booth stalls, fast food, shops, and booths and souvenir booths. There are various types of services available on the beach, such as an outdoor massage, animation for adults and children, hire of scooters, pedal boats, canoes and boats, and enjoyment of numerous water sports and fun activities.
