Property for exclusive use
Fully independent 180 m2 stone house, able to accommodate 8 people with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The property features a large garden with private fenced pool, loggia equipped for al fresco dining, barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, heating and parking on the property.
It's perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing vacation in company.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by 3000 m2 of fully fenced garden, mainly lawn with trees and bushes, equipped with a brick barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. A shaded loggia, furnished with table and chairs, is located immediately outside the kitchen and is ideal for al fresco dining. The rectangular infinity pool, fully fenced in for the safety of the little ones, measures 10x5 with a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is located in a sunny position in front of the villa and is equipped with an outdoor shower, parasols, sun loungers and tables for aperitifs at sunset. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
Casale Pavone is laid out over two floors, communicating from the inside. The entrance hall leads to the large living and dining room.
This bright room features three large sofas, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV and a large table with chairs.
The kitchen, located in the next room, is fully equipped with all utensils.
Also on the same floor is the washing machine with iron and ironing board.
Also on the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom for people with reduced mobility.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower.
Location
Casale Pavone lies in a tranquil position in the countryside near the town of Volterra, a land where the Etruscans dominated for centuries and where their works can still be admired today.
Facilities
The accommodation is equipped with WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, wood-burning heating, pellet heating, cot, high chair and parking.

The price includes: bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, water, gas (but not heating), electricity up to 200 kWh per week (over 200 kWh will be paid according to consumption), internet connection, cot and high chair.
On request and payable on site: possibility of organizing dinners, household help, cooking lessons, wood supply.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 6/5 to 30/9 (08:00 to 20:00).
Pets are accepted for a fee of EUR 90/week.

The Etruscan coast with its varied beaches is about 1 hour away by car.
The Theater of Silence, where Maestro Bocelli holds his famous summer concert, is just 12 kilometers away.
