This beautiful vacation home is part of a tasteful country house located in a quiet position with panoramic views over the Mugello Valley 2 km from the village of Arsella. The cottage is completely independent, even if one side is adjacent to another house, and has a beautiful fenced garden with swimming pool, which has a gazebo equipped for outdoor dining and a barbecue. In a small wooden house on the property (about 15 m2) has been installed a gym. 3 km Vicchio (stores of all kinds), about 35 km the art city of Florence. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled time must be agreed with the landlord at least two weeks before departure.
