The house, formerly a barn converted into an attractive vacation home, is located on a 3,000 m2 plot of land with olive trees, where directly in the entrance area is the beautiful swimming pool with equipped sun terrace and barbecue. The furnishings are mainly modern and medium comfort. The last 400 m of access road are unashalted. 7 km Montevarchi, 35 km Arezzo, 45 km Siena.
