The Résidence is located in the heart of L'Avillanella, 150 m from a large sandy beach (direct access from the Résidence). The apartments are fully equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning and terrace.



At your disposal: multisports field, bowling green, children's playground, free wifi access at reception, laundry facilities (for a fee) and open parking.



5 x 2 rooms for 4 people and 1 x 3 rooms for 6 people are suitable for people with reduced mobility

* An additional end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness in the returned accommodation requiring a cleaning service other than that described in our GTCS may be billed through the deposit..

Arrival on Saturday from 5pm until 8pm for key collection.

Departure on Saturday before 10am.
