A view overlooking the residence's garden with north-west exposure, it is 500 meters from the heart of Lamalou les Bains and 700 meters from the thermal baths. A fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc. opens onto the living room, which includes a 140cm BZ sofa bed and flat-screen TV. One bedroom with a 160cm bed and a storage cupboard. A bedroom with a 90cm bed and storage space. A bathroom with shower, fold-down armchair and handrail, and washbasin. Separate WC with grab bar.
