In the middle of it all and yet quiet! This chic, modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house is located in the middle of Berlin, in the sought-after district of Prenzlauer Berg. Not far from Alexanderplatz, also called ?Alex?, your vacation home is located in a quiet single-family housing estate on the owner's land.
For your vacation stay in Berlin you will be welcomed by a cozy ambience with high-quality and beautiful furnishings. The bright and tastefully furnished living room overlooking the garden has a cozy sitting area and a comfortable sofa bed for another person. It integrates a fully equipped open kitchen and leads directly into the garden via a small terrace. Here you can both start the day comfortably and let it end in a relaxed way. A small staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the two nicely designed bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the adjacent garden house up to 4 extra beds are possible on request and for a fee.
From the former scene district the ?Prenzlberg? has developed to a well-situated family district and offers countless possibilities for your leisure activities. Whether a visit to the Mauerpark, the Zeiss-Grossplanetarium or a trip to the pulsating day and night life of Berlin. There is something for everyone here. For water sports enthusiasts, the lido of Weißensee or one of the numerous swimming pools around and in Pankow offers the ideal location.
The Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg with an area of 29 hectares used to be a rubble dump during the Second World War. Today, the park offers visitors and residents a place to relax, jog and rest. During guided wine tours, those interested can learn more about the wine-growing history of Prenzlauer Berger Riesling, which is grown there by an association.
