A view overlooking the residence's parking lot with western exposure, it is 500 meters from the heart of Lamalou les Bains and 700 meters from the Thermes. An open-plan kitchen with oven, four-burner hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc., opens onto the living room with sofa bed (140cm) and flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 160cm bed and a storage cupboard. A bathroom with shower and hand rail, vanity unit and storage unit. Separate WC with handrail. Large terrace with garden table and chairs. WIFI limited to 200 GB/month in the apartment. Air-conditioned apartment. In the residence there are 10 bicycle parking spaces in an outdoor shed. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
