Ideally located in the center of town in a residence with swimming pool, lovely 70 m² apartment with balcony and large terrace overlooking the sea and port. Secure parking in residence (space not allocated).
It comprises two bedrooms, one of which (1x140) opens onto the balcony and the other (2x90) onto the large terrace. A living room with table and chairs, TV, separate kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and shower room, separate toilet and plenty of storage space.
Additional services to be paid on site:
- tourist tax at the current rate per day and per person over 18 years of age
- compulsory cleaning package
Possibility of renting sheets:
