    The accommodation was not clean when we arrived..the sofa bed was not working properly and the coffee maker was cracked...and at the end of our stay we were charged for the cleaning when we left the studio even cleaner than we found it...a shame!!!!

    this was the worst accommodation we have spent our winter ski vacation in 10 years. the apartment was in a terrible state, which was never repaired. absolutely everything was very old and unsuitable, from the utensils to the bathroom taps. we were very disappointed with the accommodation. and the agency that served us did not listen to our complaints and said that everything was fine. we would not advise anyone to use this agency And from Les Orres 1650 we were disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED!

    Hello, As far as my comments and remarks are concerned, I brought up all the dysfunctions and inconveniences that were for this year at the maximum of the dissatisfaction of the reception which is done in the street with handing-over of the linen to be carried even to the apartment, I had to put to contribution a small boy of six years. Household badly done dirty fridge, coffee pot and toaster out of order, I had to make several claims to have a coffee pot, that I have the day before my departure, finally a real novel and a very big disappointment. A deposit was withheld for an inventory of fixtures that was not carried out, we were on declarative. To conclude I was not at all happy. Sincerely

    Always satisfied with the reception and the management of the renting, it's simple, many information, smiling and friendly staff (especially when we forgot the garage pass in the car!) The reception at the time of the arrivals would be perhaps to re-examine considering the world which waits sometimes more than one hour and half after a voyage which is not less! It's complicated I can imagine!
