In Saint Jean de Luz, close to amenities and the center, pleasant modern apartment renovated in early 2020, located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator. You'll enjoy a large living-dining room with sofa bed opening onto a balcony and a spacious fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and a shower room. A private underground parking space completes the apartment.
The apartment is 600m from a pedestrian walkway that runs along the River Nivelle, offering a children's playground and a pétanque area, making it easy to walk to the town center. Come...you'll be back!
