Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you Le Rivage, a large 35 m² studio ideally located at the entrance to Arzon, in a beautiful residence classified as outstanding contemporary architecture, a unique project built like a fortress above the sea. The studio is at the foot of two large sandy beaches, directly accessible from the residence.
The studio, located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of the residence and accessible by stairs, is composed as follows:
- A bright living room with a sofa (which can be broken down into two convertible armchairs, either into a 160x200 double bed, or into two 80x200 single beds), a wood-burning stove for winter use, a console that can be transformed into a large 4-person table
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and separate WC
- A sleeping area separated from the living area by a curtain, with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be folded away into a trundle bed.
- A loggia with balcony on the bedroom side, with a coffee table and 2 armchairs for relaxing or having breakfast.
The fully modular studio has no sea view, but has direct access to the residence's Kervers and Fogeo squares.
A 10-minute walk along a beachfront path takes you to the port of Crouesty, where you can enjoy the sea and fresh air, while discovering the splendors of the Gulf of Morbihan and its magical islands.
Near the residence:
- Super U d'Arzon 5 min by car
Activities :
- Beaches, water sports during the season (sailing school)
- Parc du Fogeo with tennis courts, minigolf, games for children...
- Discover the Gulf of Morbihan (Arzon, Sarzeau, St Gildas de Rhuys, Château de Suscinio)
- Discover the islands of the Gulf (Belle Ile en Mer, Ile aux Moines)
Transportation :
If you come by car, a private parking space is available.
- There's a bus to Vannes (SNCF train station) just 5 minutes from the studio.
- Summer: Free Arzibus shuttle to Port Navalo to take boats to the islands.
