You'll feel right at home here, in a house that's been recently renovated and beautifully decorated. It boasts excellent facilities and quality fixtures and fittings.

- Walks along the Ille et Rance canal, running trails, sports facilities, etc.
- Take advantage of the Saturday morning market in Place des Lices, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
- Visit Saint-Pierre Cathedral, Place de la Mairie, Place du Parlement and Place Hoche,
- Relax in the Parc du Thabor (20-min walk)
Transport:
- If you come by car, you can park in the accommodation's private car park. Please note that the car park is only suitable for small/standard cars.
- Rennes train station: 12 minutes by public transport and 35 minutes on foot.
- Rennes Bretagne airport 15 minutes away by car.
