Cocoonr agency offers for rent this comfortable 105m² flat located in the heart of the Intra-Muros, in a quiet location. Located on the 3ᵉ floor with lift and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. Wifi included.

Ideally located, right in the heart of the city but close to the port of embarkation, super convenient, real rooms with real beds that can be requested as singles or doubles. Everything you need to start enjoying your vacation from the very first minute is in the apartment. A few coffee capsules, tea bags, etc. are all included, so you can arrive even on a Sunday without looking for an open grocery store. There's no need to overload the suitcases: bed linen, table linen, towels, toilet paper and breakfast victuals: less load, less fuel consumption, so it's also environmentally friendly. There's an elevator for people who have difficulty walking to access the 3rd floor. My only downside is the creaking parquet floor. The real parquet gives the apartment character, but the natural creaking noise isn't great at night if someone gets up.
